💡 Helpful Tips
- Make words bigger: hold the Ctrl key (Cmd on a Mac) and press the + key. Press − to make them smaller again. On a phone, spread two fingers apart on the screen.
- Go back: click the Back arrow (←) at the top-left of your web browser.
- Start over: click the AYP logo at the top-left of any page to return Home.
- Underlined or coloured words are links — click them to open that page.
- You cannot break anything by clicking around. Explore with confidence!
👤2. Creating Your Free Account & Signing In
Where: The “Sign In” button in the top-right corner.
A free account lets you post prayer requests, join groups, read in the Library and keep track of your Bible School lessons.
- 1Click “Sign In” at the top-right. If you are new, click “Sign up”.
- 2Type your name, your email address and a password you will remember. Write your password down somewhere safe.
- 3Check your email inbox for a message from us and click the link inside to confirm your account.
- 4Next time, just click “Sign In” and type your email and password.
- 5Forgot your password? Send us a note from the Contact page and we will help you get back in.

🙏3. Prayer Wall — Ask for Prayer & Pray for Others
Where: Menu → Prayer → Prayer Wall.
A place where our community shares prayer needs and prays for one another.
- 1Open the Prayer Wall from the Prayer menu.
- 2To pray for someone, read their request and click the “I Prayed” button (you need to be signed in) so they know someone is praying.
- 3To share your own need, click “Submit Request”, type your request and press the submit button.
- 4You can also celebrate answered prayers under Prayer → Answered Prayers.

⏰4. The 3-6-9-12 Prayer Method
Where: Menu → Prayer → 3-6-9-12 Method.
A simple habit of stopping to pray at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o’clock, so we pray together throughout the day.
- 1Open the 3-6-9-12 page from the Prayer menu.
- 2Read the short explanation of each prayer time.
- 3Set reminders on your phone or clock for 3, 6, 9 and 12 — and pray with us!

Where: Menu → News.
Current world and faith news, so you know what to pray about.
- 1Click “News” in the menu.
- 2Click any headline to read the full story.
- 3Use your browser’s Back button (←) to return to the list.

📺6. Live Bible Studies
Where: Menu → Live.
Watch our Bible studies live, as they happen, right on the website.
- 1Click “Live” in the menu.
- 2When we are live, the video appears at the top of the page — press the play button (▶) if it does not start by itself.
- 3If we are not live, you will see the date and time of the next study.
- 4Some studies need you to be signed in to watch.

🎓7. Bible School (Video Courses)
Where: Menu → School.
Step-by-step Bible courses with videos, scripture and short quizzes. Finish a course to receive a certificate.
- 1Click “School” in the menu and choose a course.
- 2Click “Enroll” (you will need to be signed in).
- 3Watch the lesson, read the notes, then click “Mark complete”.
- 4Your progress is saved — find your courses any time under “My Learning”.

📚8. The Library & Bible Studies
Where: Menu → Resources → Library (or Bible Studies).
Read our books, eBooks and Bible studies right inside the website — no downloads needed.
- 1Open Resources in the menu and click “Library”.
- 2Click a book cover to see its details.
- 3Click “Read” to open it. Use the arrows to turn pages and the magnifying-glass buttons (+ and −) to make the words bigger or smaller.

💬9. Ask Keith (Bible Questions)
Where: Menu → Resources → Ask Keith.
A friendly Bible study helper. Type a question about the Bible and get an answer with scripture.
- 1Open Ask Keith from the Resources menu.
- 2Type your question in the box at the bottom, for example: “What does the Bible say about worry?”
- 3Press Enter or click Send, then read the answer.

🤝10. Community Groups, Events & Testimonies
Where: Menu → Community.
Join a small group, see upcoming gatherings, and read stories of what God has done.
- 1Open Community in the menu.
- 2Choose Community Groups, Events or Testimonies.
- 3Click “Join” or “Register” on anything you would like to take part in.

⭐11. Membership (and Gift Memberships)
Where: Menu → Community → Membership.
Members get full access to everything on the site. Someone may also have given you a gift membership — if so, you received an email with a “Claim my gift” button.
- 1To join, open Membership and choose a plan, then follow the payment steps.
- 2Received a gift? Click “Claim my gift” in the email and create your free account with that same email address. Your gift switches on by itself.

🛒12. Shop & Giving
Where: The Shop and Donate buttons at the top of the page.
Buy books and ministry items, or give a gift to support the ministry.
- 1Click “Shop”, choose an item and click “Add to cart”.
- 2Click the cart icon (🛒) at the top, then “Checkout”, and follow the steps.
- 3To give, click “Donate”, choose an amount and follow the steps. Thank you!
